The tracking number doesn't work!

We may have a slow delivery between warehouse and royalmail during peak season, once it arrive royalmail office, you will get it real soon.
1.) Order confirmation email after purchase
2.) Tracking email after 2 - 3 business days
3.) Tracking active within 7 business days
4.) Royal Mail ship to your address within 2- 3 days

This is the flow in most case, which may vary due to peak season/ increased volume/ etc, please contact us if there is any question

Are you taking orders during COVID-19?

Yes, we're always open online, delivering your order safely.

I haven't received an order confirmation or shipping notice!

There is an issue with our email plugin, email didn't automatically send out, we are working on it, please contact us for more information. (We deeply apologize about this, this will be fixed in short.) Although no confirmation email, every order is being processed and dispatched as usual, it's all about the notification part. Please check the spam folder just in case.

Do you charge for return?

We don't, if the products are defective on arrival, or you change your mind within 14 days from delivery date. For more detail, please check our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my order lost in transit?

If your products lost during shipping or you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

All of your products are refurbished?

No, you can find both "New" and "Refurbished" products in Vchainstore. Products without mentioning "Refurbished" on title are 100% brand new.

Why the price is much lower than the official price?

We source products globally in order to provide the best bargain to our customers. The quality and conditions of the product are the same as the official product, but the price is very affordable in Vchain Store.

Does the product work in my country?

Yes, the product version may vary, but are available in every countries we ship to, including Australia, France, United Kingdom, etc.

When will I receive the tracking number?

Within 2 - 3 business days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 7 business days. Please contact us if you have any questions.
